 Shipping  

  •  FREE Standard Shipping (continental USA) within 5 days of receipt of order. Phone number is required for shipping company. Street must be accessible by large delivery trucks. Cardholder must be available to sign for delivery.   Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of your motor scooters and electric scooters adults.

 Return Policies 

  •   If product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost to the customer. If defective, call us toll free 888-466-5533 so we can work with the manufacturer and shipper regarding  the replacement request.   We urge buyers to carefully review product specs prior to purchase. Subjective levels of comfort does not qualify as “defective.” However, if you wish to return a product please note the following policies:   
  • Product return requests must be made within 5 Days of receipt. The item must be in New and Unused Condition and in original packaging. Customers must pay for return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus shipping and restocking fee will be refunded once returned and reviewed for damage. Damage may incur additional refund deductions.
  •  Cancelled Orders If cancelled after shipping, You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. Shipping and restock fees will be deducted from the refund  
  •  Refused Orders If delivery of an item is refused, all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the issued credit. 
  • Product Repairs and Warranty  All repair and warranty issues must be processed through the manufacturer.
